I would have all referees interviewed after the game in football so they have to explain the key decisions in the game. I think its ridiculous that people say they have the hardest job in football. Its easy. The reason its easy is because they can make countless terrible mistakes without consequence. I'd love to have Rob Styles of Mike Riley try to explain their terribleness on live TV. If they don't give good explanations for their decisions, they are dropped.

I'd hate that. First of all it would slow things up. Secondly, controversy is part of the game.
My proposal was to use the American Football rule for the three replays. That way they will only get used for big decisions. Red Cards, dissalowed goals, controversal penalties, goals from an offside position etc. The players spend so long argueing and then we see the replays about ten times and the players are still argueing. Ref blows his whistle, tells the fourth (or even fifth) official through his headset to look at a replay. 20 seconds and we have the correct decision, no arguements. Controversy should not be a part of the game, the game should be won or lost based on who performs better, not what the ref gets wrong. There is way too much at stake for the ref to have to make a decision in that split second.

Franchise County Cricket into a Premiership sorta deal where as top 10 teams Division one, Next top 10 Division Two and then bring in like minor counties cricket into the forefront and get some more Durham's.
My other one would be get Celtic & Rangers into the Premiership so we can see how well they fare tbh.
