I expected Drogba and Daives to be a lot higher and im suprised to see Ferdinand and Adebayor on it at all. For a minute i was wondering where Robbie Savage was, but then remembered he's not in the Premier League anymore.

lol I was booing Savage at Old Trafford the other night.

I am not surprised at all to say Ferdinand make the list. To many people he is everything they hate about footballers, and his drug test scandal didn't do him any favours. I personally think he seems a decent guy.

Ronaldo topping the list is no surprise, and yes, I can see why everybody hates him. I'm not stupid. Even a lot of United fans hate him.

Cashley should be #1 though. The word .... was invented for him.

Ronaldo is more famous, more successful, more relevant to today. People have kinda forgotten about Cashley, whereas Ronaldo is/was the best player in the world (I'd say Messi is right now to be fair). Obviously jealousy plays a part. The better the player, and the more they are in the news, the more people are going to get sick of them.

I fail to see how is any of that matters, if he more famous it will be only slightly, it's just the fact that Ronaldo is in your team so you turn your attention to someone else.

As for the news logic, I don't hate any other player nearly as much as Ronaldo.

Adebayor I agree with you but Ferdinand's hate goes back to the drug test days. A lot of people were pissed off at him after the club stood by him all that time(even though it was Utd), didnt fine and backed him 100% then a month or so after he came back he was asking too have his wages doubled.

For me it was a straight race between Cashley and Ronaldo. I absolutly despise both of them. Third would be between Davies and Barton. Maybe Drogba aswell.
