It all came down to some harsh luck in the end, luck that Spurs did not deserve in the slightest, they didn't deserve 1 goal to make it 5-4 on Aggregate, to make it 6-4 was just unbeleivable.
The only thing to take from it is that the single game Burnley did still win, well done lads, you have done your team proud.

well yeah they beat them 3-0 over 90 mins so they can be extremely proud of their team, Owen has worked wonders with that team. He has players that will lay it all out there for him and then he has players with that bit of magic like Chris Eagles it is a pretty good team he is building would like to see them come up.
Off topic: I work with Owen Coyles mum and sister.
Yeah I saw the result after 90mins and I couldn't believe it. When Spurs scored their first of the night in extra time I was extremely disappointed, and not because I wanted an easier game in the final. Must be gutting for Burnley fans to perform that well, come from 3 goals down and still get knocked out.
It reminds me of the PSV vs AC Milan Champions League tie in 2005. The one when PSV needed 3 goals, got them, and them Ambrosini headed in Milan's away goal right at the end. Heartbreaker.

Oh that final was heartbreaking for PSV I really felt for them that night.
Credit to spurs though they could have really buckled during extra time and they pulled together and grabbed two goals. I thought Jensen had a good game in goals for Burnley.
I hope their momentum carries them into the game this weekend against west brom, i've got money on them To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

I actually went to the game, the atmosphere was pretty much amazing and a fantastic perforomance by the Clarets. Hopefully Burnley can concentrate on their league form because on their day they can beat anybody in that division.
Also I had a fiver on Burnley to get through at 125/1, just 3 mins away.
