I actually liked this one show.. I think it was called Freaks and Geeks or something like that.. Anyway, I don't remember if it lasted one season or two but from what I saw it seemed like a good show.. It was realistic and funny and dove into personalities and certain situations we aren't used to seeing on television.
Star Trek: Enterprise. I really liked the show a lot, but it got cancelled.

So many shows I like end up getting cancelled early:
Star Trek: Enterprise-It should have gotten 7 seasons like the previous 3 ST shows. I loved the season long Xindi storyline arc, too bad more people didn't watch it(being on UPN was a reason for that).
Futurama-When you keep moving a show around and have being pre-empted for a stupid NFL game of coarse it won't get strong ratings. Thankfully it has a chance to come back.
3-South-Pretty cool show that got killed early by MTV when they chose to give up animation, which brings me to my next choice:
Daria-Say what you want but this was a good show, at least it got a decent 3 years.
Undergrads- Why did it last just 1 season? I loved all the characters.
Oliver Beene- OK, so maybe it was just The Wonder Years but set in the early '60s, it was still good.
Luis-A decent FOX sitcom that suffered the fate of most new shows on FOX.
There are others, but those were the first that came to mind.
