I seen the movie. I've read all the books, and the only thing I liked about the movie was the fact that they tried to keep it on par with the book, as close as they could anyway. The movie was sort of rushed and the acting was stiff. It could have been better but I think the sequels with a bigger budget will do the franchise some good.
And yes I am a man have read the books and seen the movie. Deal with it.
It kind of reminded me of "In the Heat of the Night". The book was absolutely amazing, yet the movie didn't appeal to me at all. It seemed rushed, lots of things missing, just like Twilight.
