Super Mario vs Sonic The Hedgehog
Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I decided to take it back old school! Back in the early 90s there was Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Both gaming consules had a legit mascot as opposed to today with XBox 360 and PS3. There was Super Mario and then there was Sonic The Hedgehog. Well what games were more entertaining to play.

Don't go by the crap shit we get today from Sonic and Mario games....let's go by old school shit. Well so basically my question is what kicked ass more?

Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyy! I was like 4 in 1991! LOL....as much as I loved Super Mario.....Sonic The Hedgehog was my shit back then! All the Sonic and Mario games suck now a days. Oh the memories.

Both classics obviously but I was always a SEGA man and I was always a Sonic man. The first two are both so epic.

The last great Sonic or Mario game was Mario 64 imo, although that one on the Gamecube was pretty good.

Mario easily wins... He gave more...

Sonic was just a side scroller... Get rings, the bonus level and finish...

Mario had the side scroller... The unique Mario 2, and Mario Kart.

All and all, comparing the first two, Sonic... But take the sequels into play and Mario just jumps ahead by a lot.
