I know what you mean about the touring. They released God Hates Us All in 2001 and by the time they had finished all the touring, taken a long break and stuff... like 5 years had passed lol

Yeah, that's what I love about Slayer, they tour and give the fans what they want. It's awesome. Which is why they have been most peoples favorite band for years.
For me it is a tie between South of Heaven and God Hates Us All. Those are two very underrated CD's that don't hardly get a mention because of Seasons in the Abyss and Reign in Blood. It is hard to pick a favorite CD though because I really like all of them. I've been a Slayer fan for 22 years now. Damn it's been a long time.

Both great, probably underrated, but I am sticking with Seasons.
So many classic tracks, such as War Ensemble, Blood Red, Spirit In Black, Expendable Youth, Dead Skin Mask... ok the whole album.
South of Heaven and Mandatory Suicide are classic, and a lot of the others are good, but Seasons is better overall I feel.
As for GHUA, I like it, but I don't think it is at the same standard. Personal taste I guess.
