Just one musician to rise from the grave
If you could pick just one musician to go see live in concert who is regrettably, at this current stage of their career, dead.....who would you pick to watch.
I'd go for Ozzy.
Are you trying to tell me that what he's doing is living?
Nah, he was in a mildly successful glam rock band by the name of Geordie (clever cause they were all from Newcastle...ok not really clever at all)
Then he got asked to audition for AC/DC and the rest as they say, is history.
Ah, so that little tale then is just some urban myth or other.
In all seriousness (and I did see them once so I shouldn't pick them really) I would go for Queen. The original line up that is. Not the "what the feck are they doing with that clown Paul Rogers line up" currently doing the ropes.
There'll be no sorrow there, no more burdens to bear,
No more sickness, no more pain, no more parting over there;
And forever I will be with the One who died for me,
What a day, glorious day that will be.
