Mr. Freeze's Powers:

Doom! Freeze won't win this fight. Oh yeah why ya'll didn't have Carnage?!?! You cannot have Venom and not Carnage.
I was debating putting Carnage in. I really was. But with so many villans in the Marvel Universe, I didn't want to essentially have close to two of the same guys.

True, but I felt that Venom was a "bigger" villan. Most will agree that he was Spidey's #1 nemisis, which you wouldn't have gathered from watching Spiderman 3.
