Lex Luthors's Powers:
One of the smartest men on earth, Lex Luthor has demonstrated that his genius knows no bounds, whether engaged in scientific breakthrough or criminal enterprise. In the past, he has employed a high-tech warsuit of his own diabolical design in battle with the Man of Steel. Lex briefly gained superpowers via an artifical exo-gene developed in his "Everyman Project". Any lingering afteraffects remain to be seen.

Thanks guys, I'm glad to see this is already getting some votes. Hopefully the rest of the comic fans (even if you aren't one..that's fine!!) will chime in and vote.
This one goes to Doom for me. Luthor may be the main baddie for the #1 hero in the DC world, but something about Doom screams "awesome" to me. He's the frikkin man..and for that...I'll give it to the Fantastic 4's main enemy.
