Although I had only read the initial story about the accident and didn't keep up with what was happening, I'll give it to him for not doing everything he could to not go to jail. Seems like he wanted to accept responsibily for one regardless of what the outcome was. Yeah, it's 8 months and probably should have been more, but for a young guy with the lifestyle he has, I bet he will regret every minute he's in there and of course there's the fact that he has to live with what he did for the rest of his life... Hopfully he learned / learns something from this.
