| Re: Nick Hogan Facing the Music Tomorrow I cannot believe the maximum is only 5 years. That's insane. What do they mean it's illegal to consume alcohol and then drive because "he's under the legal drinking age?" Have they not heard of drunk driving charges? | |||||||||||||||

| Re: Nick Hogan Facing the Music Tomorrow maybe he blew under the limit so they coudlnt get him with drunk driving so they phrased it like that so ppl wouldnt sue them for accusing him of drunk driving. | |||||||||||||||

| Re: Nick Hogan Facing the Music Tomorrow Well... I can see this going one of two ways... due to the overcrowding of the United States prision population there could be a chance he could receive a strict probation sentence, heavy fines, and restitution to the other parties that were harmed... I mean after all we live in a society that allows people who commit forcible felonies to walk away with minor probation sentences and nothing else... The other way this can go is that since he is the son of a high profile celeb, the judge could feel the need to make an example of Nick Hogan, especially since there isn't a deal made with the Prosecution yet. He may get some time but I doubt it will be in a maximum security prison... more like a detention center for maybe six months with a few years of probation. | |||||||||||||||
