Heres the Details about the movie:

Two adventurous American college buddies, Paxton and Josh, backpack through Europe eager to make quintessentially hazy travel memories with new friend Oli, an Icelander they've met along the way. Paxton and Josh are eventually lured by a fellow traveler to what's described as a nirvana for American backpackers--a particular hostel in an out-of-the-way Slovakian town stocked with Eastern European women as desperate as they are gorgeous. The two friends arrive and soon easily pair off with exotic beauties Natalya and Svetlana. In fact, too easily. Initially distracted by the good time they're having, the two Americans quickly find themselves trapped in an increasingly sinister situation that they will discover is as wide and as deep as the darkest, sickest recess of human nature itself--if they survive.

Plus, I think Eli Roth is a brillant director.

I just went and seen this yesterday. Here's my take...

The fisrt half of the movie is like watching a soft core porn. Seriously. There's so much tits and ass I didn't know what the hell was going on. Basically, the 3 kids go bakpacking through Europe and we pick up where they are in Amsterdam. So of course, there's whores, bunch of weed, etc..

But it doesn't stop there. The kids are looking for an even better high and they learn from this dude that Brotislava is the place to be. The women are all hot and willing because most of the men are off at war. So they get hooked up with some drunkin' slut bitches, take a bunch of E and so on..

Finally, the horror begins and let me tell you, this movie is pretty gruesome in some parts. If you can't handle that shit then don't watch this movie. There's a big operation going on in Brotislava that's pretty fucked up and intense but that's all I'll say. You have to watch it for yourself. Trust me, if you don't mind violence and sex or love both then you'll like the movie, the story is pretty decent.
