I've listen to almost every DVD i have. The Commentaries on Return of the king. It has almost or all of the cast members. it goes from Frodo and Sam to Aragon, to another pretty fast. And then there was the Writers commentaire , Pete Fran and phillipa. <.<
and The Incredibles Commentaire was all about the director thanking the Tech staff etc. I don't think there was one scene where he dodn't thank someone. there was alot of debate over the dinner scene with food being in the wrong place. heavy debates. <.<

Sometimes I look at special features. I enjoy directors commentary on some movies, or even commentary from the actors as well.
For anyone who has the Seinfeld DVD's, make sure you turn on the special feature "Notes About Nothing" for each episode. It's a text-only commentary that appears during the show, filled with great info.
