I saw Cloverfield at an advanced screening last night. I won't review the movie yet, other to say it was awesome, but I'd like to offer some tips for when you go to see it.
1. You may get nauseous. I was...I didn't throw up or anything, but Dramamine may be your best friend. FWIW, I was fine when I saw Blair Witch, so YMMV.
2. Look for someone passed out on a couch at the party. That's all I'm saying.
3. Stay for the end credits. All the way to the end.
4. Have Fun!
I just got back from seeing this, and it was quite good, although it did give me a bit of a headache. I didn't stay till the end of the credits though, so I guess I missed out on something.

i'm sure its not a HUGE deal on what u missed but i will be seeing this on monday and i can tell u what u missed then if u'd like.
also, i haven't heard a bad review from anyone yet. No reviewer or fan even has said anything bad about this movie except it might of made them sick fromt he camera. sounds like we might have a winner on our hands.
i've heard nothing but good things from a few people who saw an advanced screening. again, the only negative was the camera. the word is if you can handle blair witch, you can handle cloverfield. my only hang up with the movie is that its done by JJ Abrams and ive begun to really hate how he's handled Lost lately.
