She was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff's station at 10:10 AM today -- and was caught by TMZ sneaking out of the joint in the back seat of her parents' Mercedes.
Not surprising since she was caught smoking a foreign substance by several photogs awhile back.

lol, they need to make a celebrity cops show. Like the tv show cops, but on this one they arrest celebs.

Seems like every day a new one gets arrested.
