I am hoping Sawyer will be a member of the Oceanic 6, but thus far we have: Kate, Jack, Sayid, and Hurley. I have a feeling the 6 will all be from Jack's group (even though Hurley is a part of Locke's group now, his FF indicates he may switch sides). I have a feeling some combination of Sun/Jin will make the 5th of 6, and who knows about the 6th person.
Remember, Desmond or Juliet wouldn't count because they weren't on the plane.
Ummm, since Ben is off the island, one would have to assume that he takes the identity of one of the survivors. Remember all those passports Sayid found right before Kate called out for him and he was met by Locke? Ben is one of the Ocenic 6, it just seems like common sense to me, but people seem to be so overlooking it I feel like I could be mislead.
Also, WTF with the 31 minute difference? Remember the scientist dude told pilot dude to "be sure to follow the same exact bearing, no matter what, just stay on it"
There is definetly some wierd thing going on. The 31 minute difference IS the show I believe. When we find out why the thing is 31 minutes off, then we will go "Oooooooooh" and the show will be over. lol
Also, I saw the Ben angle coming a mile away. Not suprised at all.
Also liked Jack's answer to Kates "How do you know Locke won't do the same thing to me that he did to Naomi?" Jack says "Because Sawyer won't let him"
Damn straight Jack. Thats fucking Sawyers girl !!! Don't you forget it. I don't think I have ever rooted for two tv characters to be together more than them too. Screw Jack. He sucks.
I think Kate references being with Sawyer in the season 3 finale during the flash forward makes him the final 6th person if I am including Ben. I hope I am right at least. The Sawyer character is one of my favorite characters ever. The cast him perfectly. I think I may even be a little gay for him.
So could the 31 minute time difference explain how they also found the plane in the ocean? I don't know where to go with it, or how to explain thought... just thinking.
Yeah because Jacob's cabin always seems to be moving.
Also there may be some space time continum rip or something of the like. Remember the polar bear skeleton that was found? Someone mentioned it might be the one Sawer killed.

i honestly dont care much for the sawyer character. i mean i dont HATE him but he just doesnt appeal to me but i like jack because they have added more depth to his chracter I think anyway. i always root for the good guy tho so that may just be me.
There's definitely something screwy about the way time passes on the island.
Besides the 31-minute thing, here are a few other examples:
The company that recruited Juliet was called "Mittelos Lifescience". Rearranging the letters in "Mittelos" gives you "Lost Time"
When Ben let Michael go, he said "Even if you try to find the island, you wont be able to", or something like that that. Obviously, the island isnt stationary.
Remember when Juliet was recruited and they made her drink that thing to knock her out during the ride? It could be that the submarine was a time machine, and it was one of the only ways to get to the right "time" that island exists on
It would also explain how Ben knows so much about the survivors. He can go back in time and see everything they've done and build a file on them.
Plus, there's that guy from the Others who was in Ben's flashback...he looks like he hasnt aged a day, despite having been on the island since Ben was a little boy

All great points Tom. This one was one I really noticed myself and was like "There HAS to be a reason for this"
I really hope people dont throw rocks at their tv when this series concludes next year as a result of shitty payoffs.
They sure are setting us up for the biggest WOW or biggest dissapointment in tv history. lol
