Let the games begin. House has assembled 40 candidates to replace Foreman, Chase and Cameron, and he'll begin to weed them out tonight — with a metaphorical weed whacker. The candidates, in turn, will second-guess and backstab each other as though they were reality-show contestants. But they'll also assist House (really!) in his diagnosis of an astronaut candidate who has had a neurological episode and doesn't want NASA to know about it. Not surprisingly, House will have no problem going "off the books." — Paul Droesch


Dancing with the Stars

Since Mark Cuban finished in the bottom two last week, will he be embargoed right on out of there tonight? (And isn't it interesting that Helio Castroneves had the men's top score last week?) Cuban has been humble so far, what with his hip replacement and all, and he's not a bad dancer, but one wonders when this poor, misunderstood gazillionaire will turn on the judges like they were NBA referees. Remember, Mark, you don't get fined here, you just go home. — Joe Friedrich



Eureka

With its security systems activated by a biohazard threat, Global Dynamics develops a killer sense of self-preservation — and Carter and Stark learn the hard way that microwaves aren't just for popcorn and leftovers. What's notable about this second-season send-off is that it bucks the usual cliff-hanger trend for season finales. Instead, the episode ties up loose ends involving Allison, Kevin, Henry and Stark. — Michael Chant


Cavemen

If you've seen the insurance commercials, you know the joke: Neanderthals live among humans as a misunderstood minority. However, the actors playing the three cavemen at the heart of this new sitcom may have just enough personality to raise it above the level of an overlong Saturday Night Live sketch. In the premiere, central character Joel (Bill English) looks to keep his friends in the dark about his relationship with a Homo-sapien woman (Kaitlin Doubleday). No doubt, cynical Cro-Mag Nick (Nick Kroll) would not approve. — Anthony Layser



The War

The concluding entry of Ken Burns' excellent overview of World War II recalls the final months of the war, including the passing of President Roosevelt and the swearing in of his successor, the little-known at the time Harry S. Truman; the discovery of Buchenwald, Dachau, and other Nazi concentration camps; and Germany's surrender on May 8, 1945. Of course, the end of the European conflict didn't end the war in the Pacific, where the prospect of a years-long struggle to take Japan was averted only after atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August. — Jeff Gemmill

Does anyone here watch House? I haven't seen much of it but I've heard good things. Give me a quick review.

I have also never seen the show House, but I have not met one person that watched it that didn't absolutely love it.

Hospital shows in general dont interest me. I would have never started watching Grey's (a great show) if it werent for my wife even.


To this date I have never once seen more than 5 minutes of 'ER'

I tuned into the show about 5 minutes and I found it very hard to follow.

lol really? It has no point really... Just about two different races.. Normal people and Caveman people. Three caveman live together in one house. Two caveman are really smart the other one is kinda out there. One caveman is going out with a normal person and the other caveman had a problem with it...
