Rep Power: 88 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() gXboxLive Leaderboard: 41st | What's on Tonight (Thursday Sep 27th) Grey's Anatomy 9 pm/ET ABC New How about these doctor-show shake-ups? Last Tuesday House opened his season without a staff, and now ABC's hot docs return for Season 4 sans Burke and Addison. And poor, exam-flunking George not only must repeat his internship, but his boss is new chief resident Callie. Let's see how long that marriage lasts now. Also new this season: intern Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh), who happens to be Meredith's half sister, giving the producers more daddy issues for Meredith to explore. But one of last season's changes got itself unchanged: Richard is back as the chief. — Paul Droesch CSI: Crime Scene Investigation 9 pm/ET CBS New Is Sara dead or alive? That's the question on every fan's mind as the eighth season begins. The last time Sara was seen, she was pinned underneath a car in the desert and left to die. The miniature killer, Natalie Dell, kidnapped her to punish Grissom. Natalie holds Grissom responsible for her dad's suicide. So, will Sara survive? Last season's finale was titled "Living Doll." The title of tonight's premiere? "Dead Doll." Doesn't sound too promising for Sara — or for her fans. — Tim Holland The Office 9 pm/ET NBC New It's a win-win-win scenario for Office addicts and TV fans alike: The splendid ensemble mockumentary returns for its fourth season with an hour-long show (the season kicks off with four one-hour episodes). A big, spooky question arises tonight. Is the office cursed? Michael believes so, especially after a freak accident occurs. Michael scrutinizes his staffers' religious beliefs, then organizes a 5K "fun run" for charity. And inquiring minds want to know: What's the status of those ambivalent office romances? Well, the two love stories involving Jam (Jim and Pam) and Dwangela (Dwight and Angela) are also on the agenda tonight. — Dean Maurer My Name Is Earl 8 pm/ET NBC New Actually, his name for the time being is Inmate #28301-016. Earl begins his two-year prison sentence in tonight's hour-long Season 3 opener. Earl tries not to rock the jailhouse, working to find ways to survive in his stormy new environment, but he soon runs afoul of a prison bully. Life's not much better on the outside for Randy, who has trouble living without his brother. Before you can say "oh, snap," Joy (recent Emmy winner Jaime Pressly) agrees to take the clingy boy-man under her wing. — Dean Maurer Ugly Betty 8 pm/ET ABC New It's incredibly satisfying to know that all the buzz about America Ferrera as the ingenue of last season did not go unnoticed, because the gifted young actor deservedly walked away with the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy. And if tonight's second-season premiere is any indication, there will be no sophomore slump for the Emmy-nominated series, which picks up three weeks after last May's cliff-hanger. There are no spoilers here, but let's just say that after a cleverly written and deftly acted setup, one of the resolutions packs an emotional wallop that will have you reaching for the tissues. — Joe Friedrich Smallville 8 pm/ET CW New The action-packed opener for Season 7 picks up where we last left off, with bad things happening at the Reeves dam. Lex's secret laboratory complex is destroyed, and Clark's Bizarro doppelganger is unleashed. It looks like Lex will finally get what's coming to him, but a mysterious female savior rescues him. (C'mon, take a guess who that is.) The dam bursts, and Smallville will be swept away in the floodwaters unless Clark can overcome a being that's even stronger than he is. — Rick Toy Survivor: China 8 pm/ET CBS New If last week was any indication, the Fei Long tribe is far superior to the disorganized Zhan Hu team. Tonight Dave tries to whip his fellow Zhan Hu players into shape and gets into a confrontation with Ashley. Ashley's wrestling experience comes in handy in an ultraphysical challenge in which the castaways wrestle in the mud. Over at Fei Long, poker player Jean-Robert intentionally acts lazy as part of a risky strategy he believes will get him ahead in the game. — Tim Holland

The Office and My Name is Earl are ok.. but c'mon! They aren't nearly as funny as they need to be for my to keep track. I've missed too much of Smallville to give a damn anymore..

Thursdays and Mondays. CSI was amazing last season. Plus Earl and the Office are must see comedies IMO. I have always been a fan of Survivor as well. To be honest I think I have seen every episode since Season 2 of Survivor. Ouch.

Michael: Yes. It was ON company property, WITH company property, so double jeopardy. We are fine. Ryan: I don't think you understand how jeopardy works. Michael: Oh, right, I'm sorry. What is "we're fine"?
