From rap to hip hop to rock. What is your all time favorite type of music? Mine has to be a split between rap, hip hop and some r& b. Rap has just so much energy. Hip Hop relaxes me. R & B just brings me up when I'm in a emo kind of a mood. So yeah.

My favorite music is rap from 1992 to around 2001. That's mostly what I listen to but I also love The Killers, Linkin Park, The Doors, Lynard Skynard, GnR, and various other bands..
There'll be no sorrow there, no more burdens to bear,
No more sickness, no more pain, no more parting over there;
And forever I will be with the One who died for me,
What a day, glorious day that will be.
when i was younger, it was all hip hop(dr. dre, Xzibit, Bone thugs, Tupac.) then in 96 i heard Unforgivin II and i was hooked. but i put that away because a preacher and his youth group said i shouldn't be listening to it. i stopped listening to everythign except christain music.
then i found out about Ares(p2p) and i downloaded some songs. didn't really have much because i would only download the songs i knew. the past couple of months, i've been gettign back into metal(just Disturbed and Metallica.)
it's something about metal that's gets your blodd pumping, weather it be for basketball or running to prepare for Cross country(the high school sport. not the happy gilmore Cross country).
i'd have to say metal is my favorite type of music.

It's all about the Jam bands for me. If you can turn a 2 minute song into a half hour and keep me going the whole time, that's fucking awesome. String Cheese Incident, Animal Liberation Orchestra, Grateful Dead, cannot go wrong.
Other than that, reggae, some punk and ska, and rock like Dave Matthews. Bluegrass and jazz when I am in the mood.
