Glittery baubles, expensive dinners and sappy endearments werenâ€™t the only surprises Derek Jeter bestowed on his ex-girlfriend Jessica Alba â€“ he also gave her herpes. Or so the rumor mill says.

The Adam Carolla Show dished all the dirt on the viral Jess earlier this morning. The 26-year-old actress and her 33-year-old former flame dated for a while, before Jessica settled into a long-term relationship with Cash Warren. But now Jesseâ€™s STD may be the only gift with staying power.

Apparently Alba regularly filled a Valtrex prescription during her relationship with Cash Warren, but how Derek fits into the puzzle is still a mystery.

Suppose the rumors are true. The list of people in Hollywood making appointments this morning might be astounding:

* Derek may have infected Mariah Carey, Vanessa Minnillo and Jessica Biel

* Mariah, Vanessa and Jessica may have infected Cash Warren, Nick Lachey and Justin Timberlake

* And if they did two friends and those two friends did two friendsâ€¦ This could be epidemic!

Wonder if thereâ€™s an immunization for stupidity?

I always wondered about the Hollywood crowd. Seems they all bounce from one celeb partner to another, and one of them was bound to start spreading more than their love. You don't hear to much about celebrities having STD's.

Ok so this is the real question...

Lets say jessica DOES have herpes, and you had the chance to sleep with her... Would you still knowing she has herpes?

Well once we have hard facts that she DOES in fact have it... I will then let everyone know that I still don't give a rats ass. She's nothing more than another person in the world, now with gonnacyphilherpilaids cause she couldn't keep her legs shut with one too many people.

Ive always wondered that about Hollywood too - they do seem to 'swap partners' a lot over there, only a matter of time before someone started infecting them all.
