Britney Spears’ lawyer Laura Wasser said that the divorce had been finalised. “The divorce is final. (Britney) is okay with the arrangements." Britney would like to be with her kids more. Britney also thinks K-Fed would like that too.  Currently the couple share custody of their children, however Britney will be closely monitored for her behavior until a full hearing later this month. There is a clause in the divorce, that either parent can seek full custody of the children, and it is quite possible you will see K-Fed's attorney seeking full custody as early as this week...with the erratic behaviour of Britney, K-Fed needs to make sure his kids are protected. | |
