Yes that's why her blood alcohol level was so high and she was chasing her assistant's Mom in a motor vehicle on the highway trying to run her down.
The Mom called 911 and that's how they grabbed Lohan in the first place.
According to LiLo's Mom she is not back in rehab either as previously reported and is just "in a safe and secure place"
This is all going to end so badly one day if she's not put in jail or some kind of intense therapy.....I hope she doesn't hurt or kill someone else when it does.
