It opened this week in 508 theatres and made $301,294, enough to finish it in 22nd place. Over three weeks the gross is now $7,070,511, which is around what Marine made its first week. It would have to sell I believe ten trillion DVDs to finally break even. An utter disaster. I've not seen this, but I heard this was the best film to date so these figures must be pretty upsetting for them. | |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The Condemned - Update I hadn't seen the other two WWE films but I actually saw this one. It wasn't that bad actually. They didn't do a real great job telling the story leading into the event. The acting was decent, Vinnie Jones was quite good and I enjoyed Austin, he provided quite a few one liners that were chuckle worthy. The way people died was really rather boring, they basically all died the same exact way. Only other main complaint would be alotta cliche' moments that really didn't make sense and were unreal. ala Steve Austin's miracle throw at the end that went like a good 40 yards into a plane. Overall I'd say 5.5 or 6 out of 10. |
