An emotional Larry Birkhead thanked the crowd after Dr. Michael Baird released the DNA results to the judge. The probability of paternity is 99.9999%. Baird said, "essentially Larry Birkhead is the biological father." Lawyers just announced the judge has not made a ruling on who gets custody of Dannielynn, despite the fact that Larry Birkhead is the biological father. Birkhead says of Anna Nicole, "I think she would be proud I fought." Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed ... I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added, "I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody." Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual," so the baby can adjust. Stern says he will stay in the Bahamas. In a remarkable twist, the one-time archrivals Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead hugged each other outside the courtroom. Before hugging, Stern said Birkhead was welcome to come to the house and spend as much time with baby Dannielynn as he wanted. | |
