It was a day full of fun fun fun in the sun for Jessica Biel.

The former "7th Heavener" was spotted on the beach in Malibu on Sunday with friends enjoying the sun, sand and some good ol' fashion football. Jessica showed off her rockin' body and quarterbacking skills, however it appears as though she could still use some work on her receiving abilities.
