Variety has a list of the TV shows that are "on the bubble," the ones that are teetering on the edge of cancellation and might not make it to fall '07. The list includes a few shows that I thought were actually doing well, and that scares me a bit (and ticks me off).
ABC: The Nine and Knights of Prosperity are probably gone, and What About Brian is on the edge too, despite getting a second life a few months ago.
CBS: Believe it or not, Jericho might not return this fall. The Class might not return if new episodes of Old Christine do well, and that's because Rules of Engagement is doing so well that it could be the surprise hit of the midseason and return in the fall.
FOX: The War at Home and The Winner could be going bye-bye. As for Standoff, it's moving to Fridays later this month so we'll see how the number are then (but wasn't it getting OK numbers in the old time slot?)
NBC: Nobody expects Studio 60 to make it to a second year, while 30 Rock and Friday Night Lights aren't getting great ratings but both will probably see a second year (I wish they'd extend that kindness to Studio 60). Other shows on the bubble: Medium, Crossing Jordan, and Law and Order: CI.
I don't think FOX planned to keep The Winner for a second season anyways considering they are showing the entire season in a 6 week period. The War at Home is no surprise either.
Also, they must want to cancel Standoff if they are moving it to Fridays (networks usually move shows to Friday nights if they want to cancel it since they know the ratings will suffer).
I really like The Class, The Knights of Prosperity and 30 Rock.
The Nine?? That shows hasnt aired in months. I would assume that means canceled for sure.
Now watch Audrey Raines show back up on 24.

I love the War at Home, tho' I haven't been watching it regularly.
Just saw The Winner the other night for the first time, didn't think it would get too far.

I really want to like the Winner, but it is not very good. I would get rid of it. Seth should stick to cartoons.
War At Home has its moments, and overall watchable, but I wouldn't miss it if it was gone.
Knights was the only other one on the list I have seen, and that was the first episode. A great concept, but really fell flat. I haven't seen it since so maybe it got better.

I, too, like The War at Home. I'll be sad to see it go, but won't shed a tear.
I thought the Winner was hilarious. However, it's tough to continue a show like that because there's only so many storylines to use. The gimmick is funny, the show is different than anything on tv, however there will come a point (soon) where they are going to run out of ideas.
War At Home is one of my favorites, too, but I read that Rapaport is looking into doing a pilot for another network so it's unlikely it'll be back.
Knights of Prosperity was funny as hell. It's a shame it got canned. At least the Mick Jagger storyline played out 'till the end. It almost felt like a mini-series, with a definitive conclusion. Most shows that end up getting canceled leave too many questions unanswered.
Studio 60 will be missed, as well.
It seems, to me, that anything worth watching ends up getting canned before it gets a chance to do well but crap like Seinfeld, Friends and Everybody Loves Raymond tend to go on forever... and ever... and ever...
Neilson ratings are a bunch of monkey dung.
