The July 14 Ozzfest 2006 date, originally scheduled to take place at the Float-Rite Park in Somerset, Wisconsin, has been cancelled, apparently due to "low ticket sales." Ozzfest.com has now confirmed that the Somerset show has been cancelled, according to Blabbermouth.net.
In other news, Ozzfest has just added the Brothers Grim Sideshow stage to the festival's notorious Village of the Damned at nine tour stops this summer. Billed as the "World's Greatest Collection Of Human Oddities, Strange People, Novel Entertainers," the Brothers Grim Sideshow will fit right in with the Village's eclectic array of tattoo artists, piercing booths, state-of-the-art video games and wickedly tempting vendors.
