Why:
Unlike any other music I've heard before. The album was as addictive as the crack he used to sell. It was a real glimpse into the ghetto and the rap world, which, as a white peron, fascinates me!!!.
Though the album in my opinion, has 2 terrible songs on it (I Want You and If I Was Your Mother) the rest is truely great. It's not just that the songs are good, but when you realise that it was a make it or brake it for the band (the band was about to break up after the big 1988-1990 tours because of the massive succes of New Jersey) they made it big time.
America lost interest in the band as it was all about Grunge over there, but European fans hadn't forgotten about Bon Jovi and it became one of their better albums, and in my opinion their best album of all time, which is why it is my favorite. Though some songs have been played to death by now (I'll Sleep When I'm Dead), most of the songs, when they are played, are still the highlights of a Bon Jovi show.

There fresh mix of funk and rock, really makes me go wild, i've seen 'em once, and I have all there albums/DVD releases. There a truly magnificent band, and I don't like that cra you all call rap, so yeah :P

The Eminem Show, The best of his albums, I can listen to it all and not skip a song, He doesnt rap like that anymore because he his more grown up I guess you could say. But it was a great album none-the-less.

WHY: It was a gift from my mom a few yaers ago, its what really got me into metallica and other rock music, And all the tracks are amazing and i wont ever forgoet my mom gave it to me cuz one of the best songs on there is "Mama said"
