Other musicial acts that decided not to miss the unique opportunity of releasing their records that day include Allen Toussaint, 36 Crazyfists, A Heartwell Ending, As Blood Runs Black, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Flashlight Brown, p.e., Primal Scream, Eternal Lord.
Death metal band Cradle Of Filth intended to put out its new record June 6, but, according to a representative at its Roadrunner Records label, "The production of the album came to a screeching halt because Dani Filth had throat problems."
