Chris Jericho Shortlived On "Celebrity Duets"

Monday nights used to be "RAW Is Jericho".

But his stint on the new FOX reality show "Celebrity Duets" was definitely NOT Jericho.

After singing what a thought was an absolutely ATTROCIOUS duet with country star Lee Ann Womack, he followed it up with a spirited yet mediocre pairing with Peter Frampton.

As the judges slowly named who was safe, Jericho was in the bottom two and was booted off the show over some C-list celebrity that I didn't recognize at all.

I was a little surprised to see him go out so soon, but you can't help but laugh. This guy has plenty of experience singing and although he's in a rock band, he literally must just scream into the microphone because otherwise he has no kind of range.

Someone should've told him "Don't quit your day job, Chris...you know the one where you were creating a legacy and will always be known as the first Undisputed Champion..."

Sometimes you just need to know the difference between passion and reality :biggrin:

I've always said he sounds like a dying cat in heat when he sings.

he was not good at all... kinda of felt bad for him

Yeah, he can't sing.

But with the kind of music his band plays....you don't have too.

Look at ACDC.
