Don't know if anyone in here catches 24 since its on opposite of raw, but IMO, the last 30 seconds of last night's episode (3-6-06) easily ranks in the top 3 saddest fictional tv moments ever. I wont spoil it for people who haven't watched it yet, but I got to know if anyone else was left speechless after the silent clock... or at least thinking "why couldn't it be _____" filling in the blank with countless other names.

Yeah, that was really sad. I was in shock. Edgar was one of the only characters that I actually liked that they killed off. You were supposed to hate George Mason and Chappelle, and Jack's wife annoyed me to no end. Edgar was the shit. Only President Palmer's assassination was a bigger deal for me.

Judging by the preview, I think somebody else is gonna die next week. One of my co-workers thinks it's gonna be Tony, since he's already messed up because of Michelle dying.

President Palmer's death to me was more of a "OH MY GOD" moment, same with Michelle's. I think what made Edgar's death so much more sad to me was just the way they put together the scene together. Chloe's reaction and the silent clock is what sold it for me. That scene is gonna haunt me for a while.
As far as next week is concerned, i think it'll be Lynn, if hes still alive, making the "ultimate sacrifice", as they put it. He has to feel guilty for essentially causing the whole CTU attack by not reporting his card stolen. One way or another, somethings gonna go down with Tony and Henderson in the same room.

I was shocked. I thought it was going to be Audrey since she already signed on to be on a cast next fall for a new tv show. I thought it was her or Kim. I just watched it and I was shocked.

Does anyone think the guy that Kim is with on the show looks like a total tool and would have no chance with her in real life?

I agree. I thought they were gonna bring Chase back, but they gave that "You left me and then Chase left me" excuse for having a new boyfriend.

Is it just me, or is Kim a total whore? Like, she's banging a different guy every season

Oh, and the guy playing Kim's boyfriend is C. Thomas Howell, who was in a bunch of movies in the 80's

Hell, I almost thought Chase was gonna slowly get worked in to being the main guy so that when Jack inevitably dies at some point in the series, they can keep the show going.

This episode just aired in the UK. It was awesome. Edgar's death was sad.. but he kinda was dead wood. Still, it could have been Chloe, she annoys me!

I use to hate Chloe as well but now I kind of like her. Her personality is something different, like I probably have never seen an annoying kind person.
