LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - It appears marriage isn't Mike Myers' bag, baby.
The "Austin Powers" star and his wife of 12 years, Robin Ruzan, are splitting, report news sources.

"They remain committed and caring friends," says publicist Ina Treciokas in a statement.

Myers, 42, and writer/actress Ruzan, 40, wed in May 1993. Ruzan's mother, Linda Richman, is the inspiration of Myers' Barbra Streisand-loving character on the popular "Saturday Night Live" skit "Coffee Talk."

Ruzan has appeared on episodes of "Sex & the City," "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and on the big screen in "Wayne's World."

Myers, an "SNL" alum, has made name for himself playing outrageous characters such as Dieter, the host of the fictional show "Sprockets" and basement access show host Wayne Campbell, who made a leap to features in the two "Wayne's World" films. The Canadian comedian's more recent credits include the "Austin Powers" films, "Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat" and the voice of the titular ogre in the "Shrek" films. He's next signed on to play The Who drummer Keith Moon in the musician's feature biopic.

In September, Myers was paired with Kanye West for a short segment during the televised benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina relief on NBC when the rapper made his infamous comment, "George Bush doesn't care about black people." Myers, obviously stunned and uncomfortable, had a blank look while he rushed to read the scripted material. Myers and West paired up again a month later for "SNL's" season premiere, in which they joked about the incident.

I could not read that story without hearing the theme for "Austin Powers" in my head. You know the one from the opening credits baby yeahhhh!!

I don't think they have another one planned, I loved all 3 though so I hope Myers decides to do another one.
