WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Season 2 sure started off with a bang huh?


I LOVE IT !!!!! I like the fact that its an actual human that at least appears to be causing the survivors all this turmoil.

I knew it would be the guy as soon as they were running on the steps but I loved how they set it up.


Does anyone have any theories on season 2?

I imagine he shoots the planes out of the sky so that he can have some fun killing the survivors on the island or something. Who knows? thats why I watch it.

I think its moving towards this guys manipulation of peoples lives upto the crash not just whats happening on the island. I just think Lost is the most compelling series I've ever seen. I'm still not sure if the writers have the most amazing sense of direction ever or they just keep getting lucky by leaving stories half untold, cant wait untill next week anyway.

I just read in the Hollywood Reporter that the season opener pulled in 23 million viewers.

This show is a monster hit!

Those are the biggest numbers I have seen here lately for a season premiere.

For instance is that bigger then the Season Premiere of a massive show like friends was?

Right, and he brought Polar bears and invisible creatures who are in the form of black smoke onto the island all by himself.

He was locked in the place. And did you not see the very opening of the show?

Actually Ida I totally forgot about the polar bear.


I was talking with a guy at my office that works days. He is OBSESSED with Lost and he said this show absolutely sucked ass for hardcore fans.

I will admit that I sometimes saw it last season, but sometimes missed shit.


Supposedly there are lots of holes storyline wise that are pissing off alot of people.

What do you think Ida? I consider you a much bigger fan than I of LOST.

People just need to chill and realize they can't get all the anwers right away. They are also going to show the part 2 of the season opener so to speak next week and focus on the raft.

It didn't suck at all and there is only holes because people watch in a daze and don't pay attention to what they are showing you. Obviosuly there is some mystry to the island and it has a life of it's own. There is also a reason they are all there and a reason they have so many ties to each other. That is something they will want to slowly reveal.

They also tossed out some things as a tease like the numbers thing, but it got blow off.

If you watch season 1, you will see a great number of them had met in one way or another before the crash.

At some point the dude us going to have to start losing weight. How can you explain him still being that fat after a while being on an island eating what they are eating and all the walking an shit they do.
