The 2-disc RECUT & EXTENDED version of the film will also include a complete SIN CITY graphic novel (based on the first story "The Hard Goodbye"). The discs will also include:

Yeah that sounds stacked...


but they should have flippin done it on the FIRST release. Now I own a soon to be obsolete version of the DVD. I remember thinking to myself, "You know, they'll probably come out with a Super Ultra Uber Mega Edition of the film, so I'd better wait." But then I started to think it could take 6 months to a year for them to come out with it, so I gave in and paid my $17 for the bare bones DVD.

And now they announce this.

Yeah everyone thinks they should have waited and just released this version.

I have a feeling some studio head is sitting in his office laughing because he released a crap bare bones version before this one and now they're going to make twice the sales.
