It is pretty hard to explain with spoiling anything but I will give a very basic idea of what the movie is about. First it is based on an old anime and was made like Sky Captain where most of the movie is CGI with live actors. It is set in the future just as a major war is ending and this doctor is doing some research to try and help the human race that are suffering after the war. He ends up getting involved with a corrupt military group and things go wrong :lick: I think that is safe enough to not spoil anything.
