In case any one hasn't heard this I thought I would post that Lindsay's Dad got sentenced on Friday. Ms. Lohan is now safe from her Dad again. I know Mister D will be happy lol

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan will finally be kept a safe distance from his daughter.
The notorious dad was sentenced on Friday, May 27 to four years in prison after pleading guilty to a laundry list of crimes, reports the AP.
His sentencing ranges from one year and four months to four years for several incidents. The latest involves a drunk driving incident in February in which his vehicle struck a utility pole in Long Island and caught fire. His blood-alcohol level measured at .14 almost double the legal limit.
The 45-year-old also pleaded guilty for assaulting his brother-in-law at his son's first communion party in 2004. He also pleaded guilty to making treatening phone calls to his other brother-in-law and to criminal contempt by violating a restraining order by driving into his estranged wife Dina's driveway.
"Mean Girls" star Lindsay Lohan has been frustrated with her estranged father's erratic behavior. Besides allegedly being on the receiving end of threatening phone calls from Michael, Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, recently filed for divorce from the deadbeat dad. Michael Lohan is now seeking millions in alimony, approximately half of the 15 percent of Lindsay's income that she reportedly gives to her mother. Not only does he claim to have had a hand in her rise to fame, but even credits his public run-ins with the law for providing her publicity, albeit bad exposure.
Lindsay recently released her debut album, "Speak," and was filming "Just My Luck" in New Orleans. Her latest Disney remake, "Herbie: Fully Loaded," will open nationwide on Wednesday, June 22.
