The 100 Worst Movies of All Time

As voted by users of IMDB.com: http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom

I am proud to say I own several of these titles on dvd (in MST3K form), including 4 of the top 14 and the top stinker of all time, Manos.

There's a couple movies on the list I don't particularly agree with as far as being among the worst ever. Not great movies, but there are worse out there.

Man, where were you during my Mystery Science Theatre 3000 Appreciation thread?? I as well own Manos, Batwoman, the incredulous Mitchell, amongst others. I can't believe Killer Shrews, and Hellcats didn't make the cut.

Oh man, Hellcats is horrible. Actually you could say that about most MST3K offerings though. Manos really deserves the top spot though: I almost lost 2 close friends by showing them the MST3K version of that movie. Really...the looks they gave me during it and the extended silence afterwards...yeah, it was bad.

As far as movies that should be on this list...Electra, anyone? I checked it out and its nowhere near making this list with a 4.9 overall user rating. That is honestly the worst movie I have ever seen though, I think its actually worse than Manos because it had a higher profile than Manos and stunk just as bad.

I only own one of those movies: Jaws The Revenge.

Go me!

When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the country not enter the city. For this is the time of punishment in fullfillment of all that has been written. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people. They will fall by the sword and be taken as prisoners to all nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
...At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.
Luke 21:20-28

The first one? Heh...I actually liked that movie. I've seen it about 4000 times, it was one of my son's favorites when he was little and we pretty much wore out the VHS tape. I've never been able to find it on dvd though.

Ivan Ooze pnws you!

This is a great list but I would make "From Justin to Kelly" number one and rate "Steel" and "Rollerball" a lot higher on the crapomatic scale.

Looking at this list reminds me of all the bad movie I have seen in my lifetime.

Now I am sad. lol

Some of the movies on the list that I've seen I actually enjoyed, even though they're bad.

You probably have a point (haven't seen From Justin...), but...have you ever watched Manos? lol Kinda surprised "Mitchell" didn't come in even higher. Joe Don Baker and baby oil, not a good combination.

lol I am glad to say I haven't.

Now that I see them on this list it just gives me another reason to avoid them.

Rollerball was horrible. I watched it on cable while I was in the Philippines in 2003 and even then I was falling asleep. What was Jean Reno thinking when he made it?
