The acclaimed rapper wants to be known by his real name, the somewhat more orthodox Christopher Bridges, when it comes to promoting his movie career.
"I don't ever want anyone to look at me as Ludacris on film," he is quoted by contactmusic as saying. "So it's Chris Bridges, man, this is who I am."

I think I saw a little clip of 2 Fast 2 Furious, in which he was acting the typical 'black' rapper/ comedic role. Intuition leaves me to believe he is terrible, which he is. Musicians shouldn't go into acting just for the sake of it and just on the back of their popularity. The End.
Gee, next time try to be a little more assuming,judgemental,prejudice,and close minded. His roll in Crash is not comedic nor 'black' (which is the most stupid thing I have seen you ever say since the guy is black ) rapperish. You obviously have no idea what the film is even about.

I had heard this movie was about how different peoples' lives interact in 36 hours over a car jacking.
I haven't heard anything about it other than that it examines racial biases and stereotypes in post 9/11 Los Angeles.
From the ads i've seen it looks great and I am anxious to see it. I've seen the other work of the guy who wrote this movie and have loved it. He has said he was inspired to write this movie after he and his wife were carjacked and he got to thinking how this one event effected a bunch of lives.
