I can't remember the exact wording, but Stewie was talking about Brian bringing home a dead bird. To which, Brian adamately responds "THAT WAS FOR THE FAMILY!!" I don't know why I thought that was so funny.

Also, in one of the earlier seasons, when Sadam & Gorbechov were talking about Seinfeld, saying it was like them and thier friends. And Stewie talking to the Terrorist cook wearing the "Cooking with Mustard Gas" apron was funny shit.

"Wasting your days away, sleepless brown eyes, dark and lifeless, bloodshot, and everything seems gray."

I personally liked the one where Lois and Peter ended up in Mel Gibson's suite at a hotel and left Stewie and Brian in charge. LMAO!!

I liked this season for the most part, although I was suprised that the writers chose to have Meg lose her virginity, and on SNL of all places. It cracked me up when Peter talked to the camera saying their was more Family Guy after the commercial and at the end saying he was going to run for mayor and said to tune it to see if he could do it.
BTW, what does Peter do now? After Happy Go Lucky Toys Inc. was torn down he became a fisherman but we havn't really heard anything else and I can't imagine that Lois' piano lessons can support the whole family, and why havn't we seen Cleveland Jr. this season? I would imagine his parents getting divorced would severly impact him.

Peter doesn't have to support the family because he's a cartoon.

I know he's a cartoon but I would still like to know why he doesn't have a job.

I know I'm just teasing you.

I actually wondered the same thing.

Family Guy, as indicated by your other examples, does that a lot though. There's not much consistency.
