Crispin Says
Crispin Glover, best known for "Williard" and the dad in the "Back to the Future" movies, has signed on for the new horror film "Simon Says". The movie is about a killer who stalks a group of teens and kills them off one by one. Further details were onknown but filming is set to begin sometime this week.

Spider Sense Says: Glover as a killer? Hm....way to stretch those acting muscles Crispin! I suspect this will be a straight to video release when it comes out.

Chris Klein Pleads Guilty to DUI
Fresh off the news that Katie Holmes is dating Tom Cruise, her former bf Chris Klein of "American Pie" & "Rollerball"(UGH) fames has plead guilty to a DUI chargeon Friday. He was given a $1800 fine and 150 of community service.

Spider Sense Says: The break up of his relationship with Katie Holmes and the demise of his career must be hitting this guy very hard.

Brando's Jor-El Suit Up for Auction
Christie's auction house is preparing to put up for auction the suit Marlon Brando wore as Jor-El, Superman's birth father, in the Superman films. This auction is set to happen on June 30. 250 other Brando items will be put up as well.

Spider Sense Says: I suspect this will go for a hefty price.

Shrek 3 News
Justin Timberlake has added his voice to the cast of Shrek 3, currently in production. He will play the role of King Harold's nephew. Both are new characters to the franchise.

"Trailer Park Boys" To Be Film Stars
The show "Trailer Park Boys" is confirmed to be headed to the movie screen in a new feature film. The budget is rumored to be only $5 million for the picture. All the stars of the show have signed on to be in the movie.

Spider Sense Says: This should introduce the show to a whole new audience.

Whoa there! "Trailer Park Boys" may be ON BBC but it is NOT a BBC show. It is Canadian and filmed in Nova Scotia.

I don't watch it currently as I don't get that show here but I want to see it.

Why does that Simon Says sound an awfully lot like every single Friday the 13th, Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street flick?

I agree it sounds like a rather generic film but the difference in these is they have a pyscho playing a pyscho instead of an actor. That Crispin Glover is a weirdo!

I don't know if you saw him on Letterman a few years back but that guy is something else. I will post the clip if I can find it of him freaking out to the multimedia section.
