I just finished watching 1st season of this and I must say, I was a little dissapointed. It drag on too much and it was WAY too far fetched, how they get captured, then escape, then get captured again, then escape, right in front of their eyes lol. Plus it takes me 20 minutes to just go down stairs in my garage to get my car, yet these people move from one place to another in 3 minutes lol. I guess Im too picky, but that aside, I do think it was dragged a little too much.
I'm planning to watch Second Season thomorrow tho.
That's kind of what 24 is all about - the endless twists and turns is what makes it edge-of-your-seat TV. You kind of have to suspend realism, if it took Jack 20 minutes to get to his car, it'd be shit.

yeah, I guess, but actually that wasnt what I didnt like....I hated the fact that they made Nina the Mole. It didn't make any sense!
Plus if it was realistic, every couple of hours, you'd have a horrible shot of Jack goin to the toilet. I think though Dennis Haysbert (President Palmer) is really underrated by many, he pulls off his role to perfection.
I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.
The first series of 24 hasn't aged while IMO, I love the 2nd series and most of the 3rd and I can watch them over and over again. However series 1 bugs me now. Couldn't tell you why.
