Oh jeez, Okay...I'm gonna have to narrow this down to my top three lol

sucks that vagrant is a Major label now -le sigh-
3: And Then I Turned Seven
And Then I Turned Seven, Maybe there not the most well known Indie band in the world lol But thats the point, These guys well yeah, There emo but they still make great songs and touching songs. Case in point "Good Bye, I'm Sorry." The song is basicly a suicide note, which almost everyone can Relate to at some times but theys till tend to sound alittle to Drowny some times lol, Thats there only downfall.
They still have there beautifuly crafted sound scape that they create with there Vocal Harmony's, and Guitars. So for those reasons They are my third fav Indie band.
2: The Dead Poetic
Aw, Jeez where do i start with these guys...well Basicly Everytime I hear one of there songs I want to fuck a hole in the speakers lol, To much Info. But these guys are great from there heart felt lyrics and at the same time catchy lyrics to There Melodic Tendencies on guitar. with there oddly placed Bent notes and Double stops in the time signature and sinking/Rapid Fire chords. Songs like "Vanus Empty", "Dream Club Murders" and on the softer side, "Glass In the Trees" and on the Acoustic side "Bliss Tearing Eyes", are a Joy to listen to.
lol All, that and more makes them second favorite Indie band.
1: The Academy Is...
Alright, Lets get to the point, These Guys are freakin' great . You pretty much have to be to stand out on a Record label called "Fueled By Ramen". But all that aside, They have some of the most i dont know how to put it, But Catchy songs ive heard since ive put my ear to the underground. I First heard of them from a friend of mine, But I really toke notice when i saw them play on Carson Daily Last Call. I was blown away by the ablity these guys have to take a simple song like "slow down" for Instance, Based around 2 diffrent chord progression's and just make it in to this Massive sounding song without sounding overly indulgent But even Guitar wise, these guys have some great Chemistry as a band. and They are diffenitly worth keeping an on as They take over the fucking word.
