He's been said to be the "next big" thing as far as comedians go for a while now. He never really made it though. Probably had something to do with drug problems.

I don't think he really did much in the UK, if anything.

He was on America a lot on talk shows, Comedy Central, and a few other television things here and there. He also had small movie that he wrote, directed, and starred in.

I heard about this yesterday. This truly sucks. He was an awesome comedian.
