I liked it. Reminded me a lot of finding Nemo. Even though they are over-doing these types of films, it was still a nice little story.

CGI animation is getting a bit stale now and I think this film highlights the problems were gonna have to put up with over the next year. When Pixar started up they didn't (and still don't) rush out films simply to cash in, however now everyone is jumping on the bandwagon, where seeing rip off films coming out which simply aren't as good but because there CGI animated everyone floods to the cinema. Theres gonna be a lotof sub standard CGI films like this coming out soon.

For example check out the trailers for Robots and Madagascar, there gonna milk Shrek for all its worth as well as they signed on for another two films.

It was OK. They did a really good job of doing the caricatures of the cast. Like the one they did of DeNiro, right down to the mole on his face.

I took my son to see it and it was cool. It had some jokes that kids might not catch but it was good. I've always liked Jack Black and I thought he did a good job in this.
