I just saw a preview and it looks amazing. It looks dark and serious. I hope the movie is as good as the preview.

Its supposed to be far more true to the atmosphere of the comics than Tim Burton's adaptions. More like Blade.

Christian Bale plays Batman in this one, and I think he suits the role really well.

It looks great. Can't wait to catch it. This should definitely rid us of the memories of Joel Schumacker's films.

Batman 1 was fantastic

Batman 2 was a little worse

Batman 3 was significantly worse, but still not in the realm of "terrible"

Batman 4 was possibly the worst movie i've ever seen

Right on the head. Batman-1 was a masterpiece. Joel Shumaker completely ruined the series. Batman-3 was just as bad as 4, but at least it had great performances by Carrey and Jones.

I believe Tim Burton only made number 1 and 2, hence 3 and 4 being nowhere near as dark and generally suckful.
