I saw Goodman on Letterman the other day, and the guy just looks really huge and unhealthy... like at the point where those big enormous middle-aged actors don't seem to live for very much longer. It was kind of scary.
I believe he has a new sidcom out. Haven't seen it yet. He was always really big though. I can't see him losing weight anytime soon. i am sure he knows by now it will kill him. Look at the Big Show, he can't keep getting big like that, athlete or not.
Sorry, but its siTcom. It stands for Situation(al) Comedy.
Tomorrow's Just An Excuse Away, So I Pull My Collar Up And Face The Cold, On My Own. The Earth Laughs Beneath My Heavy Feet, At The Blasphemy In My Old Jangly Walk.
I don't think he really "stars" in a sitcom, but is the voice of a character in Father of The Pride..or something like that. i've always been a fan of GOodman though. But i dont' think he is gonna change.
Emmy Award-nominee John Goodman (center) stars in a comedy about a family man who, by default, is the go-to guy for his eccentric extended clan.
(CBS)
CBS is putting Center of the Universe on Wednesday nights at 9:30, just after another, funnier fat husband/skinny wife sitcom, The King of Queens. The new CSI: NY with Gary Sinise follows at 10 p.m.. Kevin James and Sinise should watch out. There's a big black hole at the center of the universe between them.
