For pure steroid-induced muscle action, its gotta be Arnie, but if you wanted to see an actioner with a bit of bite, Stallone.

Rocky and even Rambo to an extent were waaayyy better as complete films than the likes of Arnies early stuff, like Red Heat and the Conan stuff. Arnies most memorable film (and easily his best) were the two Terminator flicks, and maybe True Lies, but thats it.

I've never actually cared for Stallone's action flicks (I don't consider the Rocky flicks as action), aside from First Blood. Arnie, on the other hand, has a nice load of awesome action flicks.

Aside from most of his movies in the mid to late nineties of course. ;)
