According to the gossip website TMZ.com and a breaking news bulletin on CNN.com, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are getting divorced due to "irreconcilable differences."
TMZ states that Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking for both legal and physical custody of her two sons with Federline, 1-year old Sean Preston and 2-month old Jayden James (with Federline getting "reasonable visitation rights").
TMZ further reports that Spears is waiving her right to spousal support (the couple, who married in September 2004, already have a pre-nuptial agreement in place), and is asking the judge to make Federline pay his own legal fees. According to TMZ, Spears has hired famous divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who has represented such other divorcing celebrities as Angelina Jolie, Nick Lachey, and Kiefer Sutherland. There is no word on who will be representing Federline. The news of the Spears-Federline separtion occurs just one day after Spears made a surprise appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman, and just one week after the release of Kevin Federline's debut album, Playing With Fire, on which she duets with her estranged husband.

i saw him on vh1 top 20. The host asked him about wrestling, he was like you guys arnt really going at it right? and he siad no man, its crazy, me and john cena are going to go at it soon.

So he played it out good, and didnt give wrestling a bad name or anyting liek that. That was cool.

But other then that, yeah good for britt. he is a weirdo

Several Hollywood gossip websites are reporting that Spears left Federline several days ago, taking their children to a local Los Angeles hotel. Apparently, Federline allegedly went into a fit of rage and destroyed some property after Spears laughed at a tape of his recent WWE appearances. It looks like that may have been the breaking point for her.
So the WWE ended the marriage I guess
