In the movies: The crow was totally kickass, but sadly didnt last long enough. If Brandon Lee stayed alive and made that into a more indepth role that would be totally kickass. Spiderman definitly wins the movie battle cause so far he's had two blockbuster megahit movies.

In the comics: Spiderman also wins, you cant compete with Spiderman in comics, unless you are Superman.
